Whenever an over the road truck is being loaded with an unusual or large load using a forklift truck the observing participants should always consider the far side of the truck as "the dark side". Polaris Veritas experts have consulted in three recent cases where experienced individuals were either killed or seriously injured when equipment was inadvertently pushed off the truck bed or fell off the forks of trucks on to them.
