This article is an adaptation by Bernie Price of POLARIS VERITAS, of a paper
presented by Mark McGinn at the Process & Power Plant Reliability Conference. It was
chosen because it references the published work of experts in the field and describes
"World Class Best Practice". It details the challenges and means of integrating plant
Operators into the plant’s Reliability Improvement efforts (Preventive and Predictive
Maintenance).
